General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bd346 (hereinafter "bd346", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bd346 online gaming platform available at bd346.club and any related mobile or web applications operated under the bd346 brand.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the bd346 platform, placing a bet, or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the bd346 platform and must close your account immediately.

bd346 provides online sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant game services to eligible players in Bangladesh. The platform operates in English and accepts deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via locally trusted payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi banks.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bd346's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between bd346 and each registered player. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms published on the platform, the more specific document shall prevail for that specific offer.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to bd346 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. bd346 is strictly an 18+ platform. No exceptions will be made regardless of local custom or parental consent.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gambling by any applicable law, court order, or self-exclusion agreement currently in force in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bd346 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners, unless written permission has been granted.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from bd346 or any platform operated under the bd346 brand.

bd346 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players will be required to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership — before their first withdrawal is processed. bd346 may request KYC documentation at any point during a player's account lifetime, including at registration, before processing large withdrawals, or if account activity triggers a review flag.

By registering on bd346, you warrant and represent that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

Account Registration & Security

To access bd346's real-money betting and casino services, you must create a player account. Registration is free of charge. You may open only one account per person. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and for keeping your account information updated. bd346 will use the details on file for KYC verification and payment processing; discrepancies between registration details and KYC documents may cause withdrawal delays.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd346 login credentials. bd346 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify bd346 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

All bets, deposits, and account instructions placed from your account while logged in with your credentials are considered to have been authorised by you, whether or not that is actually the case, unless you have previously reported your credentials as compromised. bd346 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login information.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bd346 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bd346 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted on bd346:

Deposits are credited to your bd346 account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. bd346 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own service charges, for which bd346 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Players who have not yet completed KYC will have their withdrawal request held in a pending state until verification documents are reviewed and approved. bd346 targets a maximum withdrawal processing time of 2 hours for standard requests during operating hours; complex cases requiring additional review may take longer.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to someone other than the registered bd346 account holder — are not permitted. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

bd346 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit that triggers an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review flag. Players are required to cooperate fully with such requests. Accounts under AML review may have withdrawal processing suspended until the review is concluded.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bd346 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and this section, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

Bet acceptance: A bet is considered accepted only when bd346's system has confirmed acceptance and assigned a unique bet reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmed reference number are not valid and will not be settled. bd346 reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Odds and pricing: Odds displayed on bd346 are the final odds at the time of bet confirmation. For in-play (live) betting, odds may change between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is confirmed; players will always see the final accepted odds on their bet confirmation screen before funds are deducted from their balance.

Void bets: A bet may be voided by bd346 in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the applicable resettlement window.
• The bet was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect as a result of a technical error or human input error (palpable error). bd346 reserves the right to correct or void such bets.
• bd346 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the outcome of the event was subject to manipulation, match-fixing, or corrupt activity.
• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded (late bet).

Casino and instant games: All casino games and instant games available on bd346 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by bd346's game studio partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Habanero. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published on each game's information panel. bd346 does not modify RTP settings below the certified default values.

Disconnection policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or instant game round that has already commenced, bd346's system will continue the round to its natural conclusion according to the game rules. The outcome of any completed round will be credited or debited from the player's account accordingly. bd346 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of the player's internet connection quality.

Bonuses & Promotions

bd346 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on bd346 unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 20x, 30x) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Minimum odds restriction: Qualifying bets placed to meet bonus wagering requirements must meet a minimum odds threshold (typically decimal odds of 1.50 or higher for sports bets). Bets placed at lower odds will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Game contribution weighting: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%; certain games may contribute 0%. Full weighting tables are published in the individual promotion terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date, after which any unclaimed or unmet bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. The validity period will be stated on the promotion page.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to activate multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in one or more bonuses being voided.
• Bonus abuse: bd346 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void any winnings derived from it if bd346 has reasonable grounds to believe the player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, staking patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other players.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

bd346 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour on its platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one bd346 account per individual player.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity documents during KYC verification, or using another person's identity, payment account, or personal details to operate a bd346 account.
• Match fixing and corrupt betting: Placing bets on events in which the player has knowledge of, or is actively involved in, match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt arrangement affecting the outcome.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated software to place bets, interact with the casino platform, or exploit any technical feature of the bd346 system.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to share information, pool resources, or coordinate betting activity in a way that gives an unfair advantage over bd346 or other players on the platform.
• Arbitrage and guaranteed-profit strategies: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between bd346 and other platforms (arbitrage betting) in a manner that bd346 determines constitutes abuse of its pricing systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with a bank or mobile financial service for a deposit that was successfully credited to a bd346 account and used for betting activity.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of bd346's technical infrastructure, or introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code into the platform.

Where bd346 identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: void affected bets and retain associated winnings; freeze or suspend the player's account pending investigation; permanently close the player's account; withhold or forfeit any remaining account balance; and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either bd346 or the player may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Player-initiated closure: You may request closure of your bd346 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] or via the live chat channel available in your account dashboard. Before an account can be closed, any pending withdrawal requests must be processed and any active bonus wagering requirements must either be completed or forfeited. bd346 will process closure requests within 2 business days of receiving the request.

bd346-initiated suspension: bd346 reserves the right to suspend any player account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• Failure to provide KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
• A dispute or chargeback being raised against a deposit transaction.
• A legal obligation to freeze the account, including a court order or regulatory instruction.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.

bd346-initiated permanent closure: Where a suspension investigation concludes that a material breach of these Terms has occurred, bd346 may permanently close the account. In cases of confirmed fraud, identity misrepresentation, or underage gambling, the account balance will be forfeited in full. In cases where permanent closure results from a non-fraudulent breach (for example, operating a duplicate account by mistake), bd346 will use reasonable discretion in determining whether to return some or all of the account balance to the player's verified payment method.

Self-exclusion: bd346 provides self-exclusion tools for players who wish to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion can be activated from the Responsible Gaming section of the account dashboard, or by contacting support. A self-exclusion period, once activated, cannot be reversed early under any circumstances. Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bd346 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period. The inactivity fee will not reduce a dormant account balance below zero. bd346 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder by email before applying inactivity fees. Dormant accounts may be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
